Welcome to Mersey Hospitality Management Co. Ltd (“Mersey Hospitality”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website or making a reservation at any of our properties — including Mersey Apart’Hotels and HoLo Serviced HomeStays — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations & Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Mersey Hospitality.
• A valid form of identification and payment is required at check-in.
• Room rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
• Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, room preferences) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by booking channel (direct, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and rate type.
• Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.
• No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or fixtures caused during their stay.
• Our properties are strictly non-smoking. A deep-cleaning fee may be charged for violations.
• Guests must respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and the comfort of neighboring residents.
• Unauthorized guests or parties are not permitted without prior written approval.

5. Liability

• Mersey Hospitality is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Mersey Hospitality Management Co. Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
