Ltd (&#8220;Mersey Hospitality&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;). By accessing our website or making a reservation at any of our properties \u2014 including Mersey Apart&#8217;Hotels and HoLo Serviced HomeStays \u2014 you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Reservations &amp; Booking<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Mersey Hospitality.<\/li>\n<li>A valid form of identification and payment is required at check-in.<\/li>\n<li>Room rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges.<\/li>\n<li>Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, room preferences) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Check-in &amp; Check-out<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)<\/li>\n<li>Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation policies vary by booking channel (direct, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and rate type.<\/li>\n<li>Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.<\/li>\n<li>No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Guest Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or fixtures caused during their stay.<\/li>\n<li>Our properties are strictly non-smoking. A deep-cleaning fee may be charged for violations.<\/li>\n<li>Guests must respect quiet hours (10:00 PM \u2013 8:00 AM) and the comfort of neighboring residents.<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized guests or parties are not permitted without prior written approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Liability<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mersey Hospitality is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.<\/li>\n<li>Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n<p>All content on this website \u2014 including text, images, logos, and branding \u2014 is the property of Mersey Hospitality Management Co.
